WHAT IS ROSE QUARTZ:
A pink rose quartz crystal is a translucent, usually turbid, very coarse-grained macrocrystalline variety of the mineral quartz (the most abundant mineral on the planet).
The color of rose quartz ranges from a light pale pink to blushing pink to a dark rosy dusky pink colour (which can have reddish hues).
The color of rose quartz results from several impurities, including titanium, manganese, and iron.
Rose quartz is usually light in color, making it an excellent pastel gemstone. Rose quartz's most attractive colour usually occurs in larger quantities, while small quartz specimens with "good" colours are generally rare.
