Shipping policy

 

We ship on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and we try our best to prepare all orders in time but sometimes it can take 1-3 days to process all orders. after receipt of payment .

All packages are shipped National Post services (Correos)

All orders are shipped with tracking from Spain/ Europe and you will receive the code by email as soon as we get the label.

Shipping fees charged here are what the post office charges us, we do not charge you for handling and packaging.

-Generally your post office should try to delivery once or twice before leaving the package available for pickup at the nearest Post office.

**You as a buyer are responsible to keep track of your order and see if it has arrived at your post office or what the tracking number says and notify us if there's any issue.**

We charge flat shipping fees as follows:
-Domestic shipping (Spain and Portugal): 5 euros
-Europe Zone A -  4 to 10 business days (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom): 7.50 euros
-Europe Zone B - 5-14days (Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland): 9 euros

-United States - DHL Express 3-10days- 26euros if under 1kg also there's a 50€ minimum order requirement

Customs and import fees

Customs and import fees are the responsability of the buyer. It is a fee charged by your country alone and we have no way of knowing how much it would be or if you would have to pay it.

Check how Customs work in your country and above what amount you might be charged. Usually the fee is the Vat/GST of your country and a management fee.
