Refund policy
As the buyer, you are responsible for tracking your order and checking whether it has arrived at your local post office or the location indicated by the tracking number, and for notifying us if there is any issue.
Orders that are returned because they were not collected from the post office within the established timeframe (generally 10 business days) will not receive a refund for the shipping cost.
Returns Due to Change of Mind
If you have received your order and changed your mind and no longer wish to keep it, please contact us first within 3 days of delivery.
Only after we have confirmed it, the items must be sent back within 7 days of delivery and in the same condition and packaging (box, inserts, stickers, etc.). (We do not charge you for these items, but they are not free and we expect them to be returned).
We may provide you with a return label, the cost of which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Damage to returned items (including missing packaging or inserts) will result in a loss of value (minimum €0.50) which will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds will only be processed after we receive and inspect the package.
Since the shipping service has already been carried out on our side and your shipping fee was paid to the postal service, this amount will not be refunded.
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return unless otherwise agreed by us.
Buyer Responsibility
Providing us with your most up-to-date shipping address and phone number is the buyer’s responsibility.
Forced returns (or orders refused upon delivery) are prohibited. Although we do not charge a restocking fee, we will not refund the shipping fee and will also deduct any loss in value if the items are damaged.
Damage During Transit
Due to the way we package our items, damage during transit is virtually impossible. However, if you believe this has happened, please contact us with clear images (of both the packaging and damaged items) so we can assess the issue and offer the most suitable solution.
Customs and Import Fees
Customs duties and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility. These are charges applied solely by your country, and we have no way of knowing how much they will be or whether you will need to pay them.
Please check how customs work in your country and from what amount charges may apply. Usually, the fee corresponds to your country’s VAT/GST plus a handling fee.
Lost Orders
Oh no! We know how discouraging that is — we’ve experienced it ourselves.
Since our packages include full tracking, both you and we can see what issue may have occurred with the shipment.
In the rare event that a package is truly lost, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
