Shipping

We ship orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and we do our best to prepare all orders on time. However, processing may sometimes take between 1–3 days after payment is received.

All packages are shipped through national postal services (Correos).

All orders are shipped with tracking from Spain/Europe, and you will receive the tracking code by email as soon as we generate the shipping label.

The shipping fees we charge are the same rates charged to us by the postal service; we do not charge additional handling or packaging fees.

Generally, your local post office will attempt delivery once or twice before leaving the package available for pickup at the nearest post office.

As the buyer, you are responsible for tracking your order and checking whether it has arrived at your local post office or the location indicated by the tracking number, and for notifying us if there is any issue.

Shipping Rates

We charge fixed shipping rates by country, not by weight or number of items. In addition, we offer shipping discounts for every €65 added to the cart, with free shipping available on orders over €65, €120–180, or €390, depending on the destination country.

Customs and Import Fees

Customs duties and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility. These are charges applied solely by your country, and we have no way of knowing how much they will be or whether you will need to pay them.

Please check how customs work in your country and from what amount charges may apply. Usually, the fee corresponds to your country’s VAT/GST plus a handling fee.
